As a neighbor to this apartment building, it would have been really nice to send out communication to surrounding homes letting the community know that their sanity would be challenged for multiple weeks while your complex exterior is remodeled. The disruption to the neighborhood starting with the constant truck beeping every day at 7 AM to 7 PM is insane. Impossible to focus when we’re all working at home with the noise. Can’t imagine what your residents are dealing with.

If only management was half as helpful as the maintenance. Noisy neighbors, bug problems, management never responds to e-mails and when they do it's copy + paste never addressing the issue, never how can we assist or make this better. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS! I remember once the FB admin ask an individual to remove their negative comment - that should have been a red flag before moving in.

Towed at least 50 cars parked inside of the garage gate without any notice. Horrible customer service and lack of consideration for their residents.
I love living here - I have had 0 problems so far.
If I could rate with less than one star, or negative stars...I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS AWFUL!!!!!
