This apartment complex has been a frustrating place to live. Management changes constantly, staff turnover is nonstop, and communication is extremely poor. It feels like you never know who to contact or where. The ONE person who consistently shows up and does a GREAT job is Abraham from maintenance. He's professional, helpful, and the ONLY dependable part of this place. Everything else needs serious improvement.
EDIT: FAKE REVIEWS. please don’t believe the “we are under new management” lie. It’s the same people. They are trying to discredit bad reviews. New management but same people running the show. You can see the fake reviews they leave because they specially name themselves in reviews. People reviewing an apartment typically don’t do that. It’s clear they are fake. "I'm so impressed with the staff here; especially the office assistant!! She is kind, responsive, hardworking and smart. And the manager has made it easy to address any issue. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the location is close to shopping and transportation. Highly recommend.
