The appt line number is down, called 10 times and the call hangs up. Went to the clinic and asked them is they knew it was down they said oh someone said it was down yesterday. Maybe they should let the base know that the appt line is currently not working. Also went to schedule an appt and they currently only have 2 providers…so the wait to get seen becomes days/weeks.
As a retired service member, it's one of the best benefits provided.
Arrived 20 minutes early. Directed by staff to sign in at a kiosk. Paper from kiosk says I’ll be seen by a professional, sit down in front of the lobby. No staff member makes any effort to come and get me. Ask about my appointment, told I ‘missed’ it because I followed directions, Captain or whoever refuses to see me or let me see a civilian doctor who actually gives a shit. There’s a reason this place is rated so low. They don’t care.
We called to get in with our primary care doctor and were seen so quickly. Really happy with being able to be seen on base again after such a terrible wave of experiences off base here in Valdosta. I’m looking forward to my visits now. In addition, the staff was top notch and I really appreciated their patience today at the pediatric clinic with my son and his never ending questions. Here’s to many more excellent visits! Thank you!
Major Madden has been an excellent provider. She is very caring and helpful with getting me referred out to various needed specialists. Even when she’s busy and overworked, she still gives you her full attention.
