Dr Bogdan is a true professional and an expert in his field, as well as nice, patient, and accessible. His staff likewise is very professional and helpful. He was genuine and honest
Every experience from initial call until today (initial post op visit) has been amazing! I have been in healthcare for 40 years and have NEVER experienced such, excellent, over the top customer service! I had a tummy tuck yesterday and they have done an amazing job of pain control and teaching! I especially LOVE the ability to text office staff with questions or comments AT ANY TIME! Dr. Bogdan was amazing. The whole experience was great. I never felt awkward and every step was explained in great detail. The hospital and the staff was very inviting and answered any question or concern. Dr. Bogdan and his nurse were very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in great hands. I would recommend Dr. Bogdan for any service ; I am extremely satisfied with my own results.

What an amazing experience. The entire staff was spot on. And Dr. Bogdan took great care in assisting me with my surgery options. Most importantly he discouraged me from one of the procedures I wanted performed. He could have easily said sure. I could not recommend their entire organization more.
Dr. Bogdan is the best. I met with 4 surgeons in the DFW area before selecting him for my mommy makeover. Not only was I impressed with his credentials, and the photos of his work, but I was blown away by his professional demeanor & bedside manner. I always feel like a priority when I call with a question or have a check-up. I have never had to wait to be seen. I am now nearly 3 weeks post-op, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process thus far: procedure, pain management & results.
I am a 70 year old Asian male. Dr. Bogdan performed a face and neck lift in early 2017. The care and attention to detail during the whole process was amazing. His concern and understanding of my needs and explanation of the procedure made me feel like I was his only patient. Every question and concern I had were promptly answered.
