Lived here for a year. Incredible noisy, between fire trucks almost non stop and the night life. Gave my 30 day notice at the end of my lease. It has been 46 days and no deposit refund. Jodie the manager nor her assistant manager never answer the phone no matter the time. I left messages almost every day and also emails. With no replies or call backs. The area is incredibly noisy on weekends, and at night. There is only one trash chute, which can cause issues. It is frequently blocked and dirty, and can be smelled down the hall. I have found cockroaches in my apartment because the trash chute was left backed up too long. The HVAC system will release very strong smells from other parts of the building into my apartment. The apartments are modern, with large windows and lots of light. The area can be noisy on weekends, but there are lots of good restaurants nearby. There is only one trash chute, which can cause issues. And sometimes the HVAC system will release strong smells from other parts of the building into my apartment.
I have been a serial mover my whole life, no longer than 1 year at any place. I just signed my 3rd year lease here. I absolutely love it. I think the best part about being here is the management team. I realize from talking with other friends that are renters (as well as past experiences with rental management teams elsewhere) that the team here is rare.
