Gusti in Family Health is very good at his job! He was engaging, knowledge and approachable. Thank you Gusti. (I must apologize, I was not paying attention to rank) And thank you to Thomas in Radiology. He was also very helpful.
Worst experience I've had here in 12 years and that's saying a lot!!!!! To wait an hour and 10 minutes for a prescription to not even get what you were waiting on beyond acceptable. Turn around wait for your number to be called to inquire about and then be completely ignored as your standing at the counter while the lady in front of you continues to have a conversation with a co worker never acknowledging your existence. Terrible
Capt Weinberg and Lori Graves are AWESOME! So caring and they go above and beyond. They make sure they listen and explain things to me so I understand. I am so fortunate and blessed to have them taking care of me.
