I’ve officially lived at 225 Sycamore for a year now, and it’s my very first apartment experience. I really wish it wasn’t, because now I’m going to have a terrible time finding any place better than this if I ever have to leave. I’ve had tons of packages delivered here and never had anything stolen. One time a carrier sent me the wrong pickup code for the Luxer package locker. I recently moved out of 225 Sycamore. They changed a few staff members and the difference has been incredible. Ryan is extremely helpful and polite and gets things done quickly. Jenni and McKayla are the same. The maintenance staff is so awesome and friendly. Jeff, Kilo, and Terrance are smart and knowledgeable and take good care of the property. Location is awesome. I shot a music video at the pool! Highly recommend.
Another day, another stolen vehicle from 225 Sycamore!!! They actively try to prevent you from getting your vehicle back by 1)not watching cameras. 2)not letting you see the video footage.
DO NOT MOVE HERE, your stuff will get stolen. Do not park in the parking garage or your stuff will be stolen. Garage door is broken multiple times a year for weeks at a time, don't worry they have 'surveillance' that no one watches and they wont let you see when your stuff is stolen. For a $1780/month 1 bedroom, I expected a little more!
