J’ai été sur le lieu il y’a de cela quelques jours afin d’accompagner une connaissance qui avait programmé une visite. Personnellement j’ai été très surpris du peu que j’ai vu concernant l’état de la résidence mais aussi la salle de sport que j’ai trouvé très délabré. L’immeuble était comme non vivant non occupé comme en ruine à l’intérieur, je vous le déconseille fortement ne vous fier en aucun cas au photos. Pour les prix du loyer par rapport à ce qui est proposé aux résidents je trouve ça limite exagéré mais aussi alarman... read more
