Great location, but how can a high-rise condo like this have only two treadmills and a single bike? The gym is very underwhelming and definitely needs improvement. Update: NOW ONLY 1 WORKS!

I lived in this building for about a year and a half, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst living experiences ivee ever had At one point, 4 out of the 6 elevators were out of service for almost half a year which is completely unacceptable for a high rise condo. The listing mentions guest parking, but in reality it’s practically impossible to access. I feel this is the worst service I have ever experienced. On the night of September 19, 2025, I briefly parked next to the back door to load some items. Suddenly, a "female Spanish security guard" and a "male Spanish staff member" approached me in a very aggressive tone, saying that my car was blocking the way and demanding that I move it.
