fan If you want quiet, affordable living without a lot of bells and whistles, this is the place. The building is older but that's what keeps the noise way down. The rent is low and it includes utilities. 2bdrm under $700 is hard to beat. There is a cable package that has HBO and a standard list of channels. If you have to have a lot of channels this may be hard to pull off at the Manor. The managers are super nice and work hard everyday to make the place feel like home.
