Horribly unprofessional and terrible attitude. Not just Jordan, but the whole team. Trying to get ahold of ANY of them was like hailey’s comet… extremely rare. They will also take you for ALL of your security deposit… and then some. Ended up paying so so much money just to move out. They even charged us for a dishwasher filter, even though they had replaced it a month before we moved out, and didn’t use the dishwasher. If considering renting with Craig Props… don’t.
Terrible management
Terrible management. Jordan is super unprofessional and didn't care for her attitude. They'll scam you out of your deposit and then some. Never again with I EVER rent with Craig properties.
Way over priced for what you get. Only get laundry in unit if you get a 2 bedroom. The coin op laundry barely dries your clothes. You have to dry them at least twice. Very few amenities. During the summer it is extremely hot in the units. There are so many other places in Fargo that I would rather spend my money on than this place. Would not recommend.
