Worst apartments I ever lived in. You can hear everything from your neighbors talking, to other unpleasant things (and I mean everything) the landlord doesn’t care… there is also only 3 washer and dryers among what? 25+ people. I also had my car broken into while I was living here, the camera above the door is just for show, bc the city nor the office have access to the footage. The bar underneath is also obnoxious and it’s hard to get sleep at night.
The walls are paper thin, the landlord could care less about it.
Great place to live - love the location
My apartment has a slight tilt to it, you can't really tell until your cooking. I write this review on a Sunday night at 940pm, mainly because I can't find parking anywhere near my place! If you leave anytime on a Saturday night after 5-6pm your most likely not going to have anywhere to park as well! Staffs good, maintained is good too. It's just this parking that isn't ideal for anyone.
