It's been 1 and 1/2 years since we gave him our last payment and he has never returned to finish the job, despite us reaching out to him several times. Also, we "upgraded" the screen at his recommendation and it was never installed correctly. It continues to fall off. He just says he's no longer responsible for it. Beware.
Gary recently completed this building for our backyard. He is licensed and insured but more importantly, he’s a good guy. He took care of all the permits and worked everyday that the weather would allow. We are very happy with the result and definitely recommend him and his company.
I would absolutely under no circumstances work with 22 construction. I hired Gary Gunnels to rebuild a small house on my property after the original structure burnt in an electric fire. After that traumatic experience and dealing with insurance, I was ready to get construction moving only to find out Gary was not licensed to build in Alabama. I was eating at the local McDonald's this morning when a jerk from this company driving a blue super duty came in the store. He screamed at and threatened the pregnant manager because he couldn't figure out how to place an order at the window. I wouldn't give business to a company that beats women.
