I’ve been living here for the past two years, and the management and concierge team have always been on top of everything. Any problem that might take weeks to fix in other condos gets handled right away here. The building is very well maintained, and the elevators work perfectly. In two years, only once did one go out of service, and it was fixed the same day. Even during busy hours, I’ve never waited more than two minutes. The concierge that was working on 6/10 as of 4pm (short man small build with glasses) was despicably rude to a handicapped woman who stopped (not parked) in the alley next to the building, repeatedly telling her “keep it moving man” when she could have probably birthed him. He could clearly see she was struggling to get out due to traffic and she asked him multiple times to be patient while she tries to reverse her car. From the other reviews there’s clearly a strong need to train your staff.
Have owned in this building for 7 years. Very quiet and safe. Front security is excellent and very helpful. Can’t ask for better location. Condo itself is large and bright.
The trio of GURJOT, SUKHPREET, and JASON will go down in history as the best security guards to ever offer their services to this establishment💪💪💪🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
