Aaron is amazing the property is beautiful and in a great area A true hidden gem and great management
was several hours late to the appointment to give me my keys, dishwasher was broken upon move-in and took weeks to fix. the package room requires internet to get into, making it impossible to get packages. when I asked management about this, they said there is nothing they will do to fix it.
Do not, I repeat, do not for the love of God rent here. The rent is cheap because you get absolutely nothing in return. They ignore maintenance requests for months. I’ve been waiting over three months to get blinds fixed on a window that faces the washroom, so I have zero privacy. They don’t care, but they’ll always send you multiple reminders to pay rent on time, yet do NOTHING when you ask them for any maintenance request.
