FYI, this company has made it impossible for you to hold to account. The phone numbers don't work. You can't find an office to serve them papers. They are experts in stonewalling you and hoping that you give up. Sewage/fecal water came up through my dishwasher and onto my floor. They never cleaned my floor and told me "to put some bleach in the machine". This has been going on since March 08 2026. I will revisit this review once this is resolved.
Appliances broken day 1 on move in, property manager lied about the state of the unit and work performed. Building operates on a skeleton crew and you can only ever contact a call center which can only create tickets. I was never able to call the office my entire stay here, even during business hours the office is often empty. Common areas would frequently flood only to naturally dry after a few days, they wouldn't even put out fans to dry carpet. Twice during my stay here I found common areas significantly flooded. I spent $300 applying to this building and never got a response. Application fees are non-refundable.
