Dr. Mandeep Ubhi is THE WORST MOST INHAUMANE DR I have ever been to in my life. He will belittle you tell you he doesn’t believe the test results which are facts right before him An in and out catch done shows positive results for leukocytes, nitrates, blood, protein etc. ER Dr had started me on IV antibiotics and when this Dr shows up denies and says no it’s your interstitial cystitis. I am not one to complain: but, I am one to make aware. The individual on the answering line and the front staff are deficient in the ability to communicate with empathy, politely, or with care. Respect and understanding, as well as listening, is absent. They need front-line training in respect and dignity when it comes to telephone booking and patient care. Strict discipline and conversation should take place with the front-line staff here.
The secretary at this clinic denied my partner medical care that was prescribed by his family doctor. He was supposed to be triaged as urgent, but the secretary refused to triage him as urgent and would only triage him as routine. His family doctor sent upgrade referrals multiple times, and every time the secretary outright told him, once even word for word, that they will be ignoring his doctor's updated orders and proceeding with the original order only. My elderly mother was hospitalised with a severe pneumonia in March. Follow up was nonexistent until we saw Dr Lok. She was kind, thorough, and made it clear that she would be supportive of my mom. As we were with her for 45 minutes, I don't doubt it. Even though my mom's diagnosis is pretty grim, I haven't met any other physician whom I would want in our corner.
