My elderly mother was hospitalised with a severe pneumonia in March. Follow up was nonexistent until we saw Dr Lok. She was kind, thorough, and made it clear that she would be supportive of my mom. As we were with her for 45 minutes, I don't doubt it. Even though my mom's diagnosis is pretty grim, I haven't met any other physician whom I would want in our corner.

Scheduling support through this office was very poor and do not support working WITH the client to attend appointments. I received notification via mail after the appointments but was told by staff when calling to reschedule that they would only reschedule one more time as per policies and procedures. I asked to book and was told that there was no schedule available and that I would be sent notice. I asked for additional notice to ensure availability and was told that I would be given one more chance. I was then hung up on. ... read more
