Gene was truly extraordinary. He made the process as easy as I have ever see, was very welcoming and friendly, dealt with my minor trash from the truck, and let me use the restroom. I would definitely come back, if I knew he was there. I was the Deputy NASA Administrator and your employees are the face of an organization. It was critical at NASA. When I see an outstanding employee elsewhere, they are a unicorn. Whoever hired Gene knew what they were doing.
Incredibly misleading on their cancellation process. You would think even after Mamdani became mayor companies would feel less pressured to be scammy. Same day I signed up for a storage unit and same day I requested to cancel. Apparently in their "app" when you click move out to cancel your storage unit subscription it would cancel but then it says wait 48 hours for an APPROVAL to cancel?? Mind you I did this months ago and they never canceled it so they're still charging me for a storage unit I never even stepped foot in or... read more
