Taquan, from the first phone call to the last moments of the move, really treated me like family. He went above and beyond and being helpful, kind and friendly. Highly recommend him & this storage facility!
Do not rent from this facility. They make it extremely difficult to move out and continue charging you even after you’ve vacated and notified the office. I notified them by email, the app and through their AI system well in advance, fully moved out, and even provided photo evidence, yet billing continued. The facility itself is poorly maintained and has a noticeable moldy smell. I had a great experience renting a unit at Mod Storage. Shawn and Taquan, the facility manager, were both very friendly, accommodating, and took the time to answer all of my questions about the facility and the unit. They made the whole process easy and straightforward. The pricing was fair, and the facility itself was very clean and accessible.
