One of my friends worked here for a few months and loved it. She would constantly post on social media about how happy she was with her job. I had a fairly positive outlook of the company despite not knowing much else about it. That has now changed. This job was one of my favorite jobs I’ve ever had, although every position is greatly underpaid and under appreciated, it really goes to show you how awful managers greatly affect employee morale. Not only has this company shown me and others that management only cares about their image and not the employees whatsoever, this company hardly cares about the people paying thousands of dollars for these custom wheelchairs. RecommendedI have two Bounder Plus H-Frame Power wheelchairs. One that is three years old and the other one is 12 years old. They are awesome Power wheelchairs. They are very fast and very durable. The team at 21st century scientific inc. Is awesome as well. They custom build the wheelchairs to your specific needs. I would highly recommend them.
There is no other wheelchair manufacturer like 21st Century Scientific! I could write several paragraphs about how great they are, but most people wouldn't read all of it. The bottom line is that they treat customers like people instead of patients. They are true wheelchair enthusiasts who ask themselves what options THEY would want available if they had to be in a wheelchair all the time.

Over the last 35 years, I've had 3 Bounders. In my opinion, there is no comparison between 21st-Century Scientific and all other power chair manufacturers. I have over 7000 miles on my current Bounder Plus. In the 7 1/2 years that I've had the chair, the ONLY things I replaced are tires and batteries. I will never accept anything other than a 1/21 Century Scientific product. I've haven't had it one year yet but I think this company builds great wheelchairs. This is my first motorized wheelchair and I'm still haven't explored it to its full capacity. I can tell that this chair it over built and there's been a couple of minor issues but, one was my fault, one of bolt failure, and one of bad hand controller( I guess new design model). All was easily repaired fast. I want to give a big Thank You to the workers that built my chair and wish a great 2019
