Watch your back Nancy is the most inconsiderate person ever to run an office. She is rude and mean to the patients and staff. She will yell at the staff in front of the patients and vise versa. If you try to complain to Dr. Flitman,, it will no no good. Dr Flitman would not know what to do with himself if he did not have her. I don't know what she has over him, but it must be very good or bad, depending on how you look at it. She is either a bipolar psychopath, a raging drug addict, or a total steroid freak. Nancy Skok I know Nancy Skok, have worked with her. She was unnecessarily difficult to work with. I am surprised she is an office manager, but there must still be someone above her. Not the doctors, they will do nothing about it, and no one will do anything about them. Likely, when you are sitting for hours, they've just taken a long lunch or taken a game of golf. Try not to take it out on the staff, but it is inexcusable. Good luck to you all.

Very good The address is incorrect on here - it should be 3100 N. 3rd. St. Ste 100, Phoenix, AZ 85013. Dr. Flitman is very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest research. He often asks patients to participate in some of his research studies. I think he benefits in some way from this but I guess all Doctors do. He is very friendly and takes his time with you but the office wait can be terrible. I have waited 2 hours before and just left because my 3 year old couldn't be entertained that long --- you have to complain. Thi... read more
