I purchased a 2015 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport from 21st Century Motors, but unfortunately, my experience with their service was incredibly disappointing. The car did not meet the advertised standards, as the tint was not up to state inspection regulations, and the headlamp was fogged up, putting it at risk of failing inspection. This is the worst place to buy a vehicle!! Or unless you want to get scammed you’ve come to the right place !! They never answer there phone when you have a problem , but take your money no problem ! Bought a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Hd paid cash scammed me out of 20000 didn’t realize the whole underbody was rotted out called them no response finally they answered me back picked u the truck 2/28 said they would put new frame on it got truck back on 3/21 patch job no paperwork showing what was done these guys are scammer... read more
Bad experience at this shop. My friend paid 18 grand for a vehicle first they welded the back .. the car Fax they said is none I happen to get it they washed the car Fax by inspecting it in New York be very careful very illegal.. then the A frame broke its rotted off he had his Austin daughter in the truck .. I finally got the owner he said he would pick it up give back his money .. he lied they want answer at all . They won't come get the truck they lied . He has no truck to visit his daughter as none can bring him everyone... read more
Said I would get the loan ..with a 2,000 deposit..no problem..was honest told them I had a discharged bankruptcy..my credit was 675 they said ok had the requirements..and told them if I don't get approved..DO NOT RUN MY HARD INQUIRIES PAST TWO TIMES ..THEY LIED AND RAN IT 11 TIMES ...SCREWED UP MY CREDIT ..NEVER AGAIN...SOBS..and oh funny my income was accepted at a reputable dealer ...and approved..
