After thinking I was receiving the discounts for my storm shutters and windows for 3 years, I find out that I need a Wind Mitigation Survey before the insurance company would give me the discounts I thought I was already getting. I called 21st Century Home Inspections and less than 24 hours later, my home was inspected and a Wind Mitigation Survey was complete. Thank you so much.
We had 21st Century come and do an inspection on our home and I have to admit, I was a little disappointed with the report. They noted that the foundation had been repaired, but did not recommend or include any additional information regarding this. I would have assumed (yes I'm aware of what happens when you assume) that they would have done a review of the flooring height differences.
