21st Century was hired to paint three sides to the exterior of our home in December of 2015. They painted on not quite thoroughly dried redwood, against my objections, and 10 months later a massive bubble outbreak occurred. Two attempts were made to fix the problem over the next 2.5 to 3 years, however due to the poor prep job more bubbles kept appearing and the subsequent poor patch jobs on the repaired areas caused the area to bubble and crack again.
