BUYER BEWARE - They want your money then they run!!! I spent 19,000 $ for them to assist me in putting a covid book together, sent me updated policy and procedures, looked at 3 charts and audited them under the wrong payor. Once it was brought to Nursing Administrator (K. Bain) attention she put me with another quality assurance advisor (K Stratton) - who never looked at a chart.
