They just give you a run around about when your going get your delivery first is was Monday then called and they said no it’s for Thursday and called back because it was not delivered and then get told it would be Friday around noon…..

Always great service.
Had heating oil delivered from Wilmington Oil since the 1970's. Good service until they joined 21st Century. Called 3 times in the last 3 weeks and still no oil. Always paid the bill and can't understand failure to provide service.
Takes weeks to get delivery every single time. Communication is non existent. We ordered at the beginning of October, have yet to be charged or see a delivery. Called to follow up, delivery was supposed to be Friday. Friday came and went, no delivery. No contact to say it was delayed. Meanwhile we have space heaters going in multiple rooms.
