I called during the coldspell in February, 2026. I wanted to make sure if there would still be a delivery due to all the snow. I had enough propane in my tank to wait for the automatic delivery to come, but it would be close. Delivery came within 5-6 days. The driver, although different each time, is always courteous. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIGNING UP FOR THE AUTOMATIC DELIVERY! I also love the "If paid in 10 days, deduct $$$$ from the bill."

Update: Wednesday 2-11 and still no propane! My pipes froze, obviously. They were frozen for about a week even with using a forced air propane heater under my home 6 hours a day for 3 days in a row. My pressure tank froze and now needs replaced. Yesterday, when it was 47 degrees outside, my pipes thawed. There's a lot of damage so far and still no delivery date! Update 2/12/26 still no propane. It is interesting that some customers can get their deliveries promptly when others are dangerously low or empty. I guess being a loyal customer for 17 years to reed oil/ 21st energy group means nothing. They have no compassion or respect for loyal customers. We are left to freeze 🥶 I’m so disappointed and scared. They should put themselves in all of our shoes, see how they would feel. Called last Friday to get 200 gallons of fuel ...never get fuel during winter..but this year we went thru in a few months what we use all year normally...was told it would take up to 3 weeks. .was little worried we'd run out but understood...my tank had 200 more gallons within 3 days..was very surprised and happy at the service provided!!
