We had called 21st Century over a week ago letting them know that we would be needing propane. The woman that we spoke to said that she would take care of it "right away". After another 6 phone calls throughout the week, we were told our delivery was scheduled for Saturday but they would try to expedite the request because we have 2 young children in the house. Reliable service
I have dealt with Reed Oil ever since I bought my house in Neshannick and have had good service. I would call to order oil and wouldn't get billed until after delivery. Today 12/23/2024 I decided to order online to see how that goes. My tanks hold 550 gallons combined and I was charged for that amount, knowing good and well it won't take 550 gallons to top off the tanks, but was charged for that amount.
