I would not recommend this service. In my experience, the counselors lacked the training and clinical expertise needed to effectively address serious mental health conditions. While social workers play an important and valuable role, they are not psychologists, and I felt they were being relied upon in situations that required more specialized mental health assessment and treatment, particularly for complex disorders such as schizophrenia . Business office staff is very nice and always friendly. The office locations are really convenient and welcoming.
Very warm atmosphere and very friendly staff and very helpful
My daughter is 24 and on the autism spectrum. She needs help with executive functioning and we thought that Persoma could help. While the counselor seemed nice, the office will not accomodate those on the spectrum.
Called multiple times to make an appointment, never called me back. Emailed to try and get into contact with anybody, and finally I'm told they aren't taking new patients, and to go call my insurance card and find a new practice, after 2 weeks of being ignored. Don't even waste your time with this place, they won't give you the time of day when you need help either.
