MIke Whaley took very good care of us, he even expedited the door delivery. We love the door and it is exactly what we wanted and very very happy with the quality and look.
I purchased a door and had it installed 4 weeks ago. After 2 weeks the paint started bubbling and I went in to their office and reported it to our sales person and emailed her pictures. She replied to my email copying Trey to contact me so it can be repaired. A couple days later I replied to the email asking Trey to call me because I had not heard from hom. Two more days went by and still no contact from Trey. My wife called and spoke with our sales person and informed her we are still waiting to be contacted. Three days go ... read more
