Be Careful with your Face – My first experience and last with this Doctor was very unprofessional. She thought one of the beauty mark on my face was a black head and tried to extract it. Of course it was not removed but it was extremely painful and insulting. I was left painful and red and it took a couple of weeks to heal. Now I'm left with broken cappillaries around the area. Be advised, most dermatologists can see well or wear specialized magnifying glasses. This is an experience I will never forget but want to.
Unprofressional – I went to Dr. Borkowsky to treat hand warts. Everything was fine the first time and I was excited to see them start to go away. They came back, so I went for another treatment. Before using the nitrogen to freeze them, she scraped the warts with a razor. She scraped most until they bled. I ended up with several more warts in addition to the original. Dr Borkowsky is the BEST – Dr. Borkowsky is GREAT! I have been going to her for years and she has helped me on several occasions for different treatments. I was introduced to her when I needed a second opinion on a mole on my nose. I was really nervous and scared because my prior dermatologist was convinced that it was skin cancer. I was able to get an appointment immediately. I was very emotional and she calmed me down immediately. She was very gentle and I hardly felt any pain when she did the biopsy. AMAZING DOCTOR – Ive been going to Dr Borkowsky for two years now after being recommended by a very close friend. Shes removed a few cancerous cells she found, so in that case saved my life! Ive even now sent my 3 best girlfriends over to her.
Great Doctor! – I have received Botox injections from Dr. Borkowsky about 2 times per year over the past 4 years. She is always professional, thorough and extremely gentle! I tell all my friends that she has a very "light" touch. Dr. Borkowsky is a perfectionist who doesn't settle for less than the best. I have nothing but good things to say about her! Would recommend highly to all my friends.
great doctor – I highly recommend Dr. Borkowsky...she is very professional and spends a lot of time with her patients. I like that I don't feel rushed when I go there (unlike other doctors I have been to ) and she will spend time answering all my questions. I have a lot of moles and go twice a year for skin checks and could not be happier with her as my dermatologist!
The Best!! – Dr. Borkowsky is AMAZING!! I was kind of anxious going in to have a mole examined because I get really nervous going to the doctor at all. She, very patiently, answered all of my questions and concerns and really took the time to make me feel comfortable before removing the mole. Incredible Doctor! – I was surprised to see someone who had a "Terrible Experience" with Dr. Borkowsky. I have been with Dr. Borkowsky for years, and have had nothing but positive experiences. She always spends a lot of time with me, and her peels leave my skin immensely improved. Any peel can affect different people in different ways, but she always spells out all the risks verbally and in the written consents I sign before any treatment.
Terrible experience – I'll apologize in advance for it's length, but when I give one star, I want to justify it completely. I went in to take care of some acne scars with a light chemical peel. I had done it before so I didn't think there would be a problem. Dr. Borkowsky seemed very confident in what she was doing. So I gave her all the facts.
