I was SO disappointed in our appointment. I went to this office specifically for one service - which was not performed - arranging everything beforehand, including sending x-rays from the referring dentist - and the office agreed and quoted a price. Today, it was like the dentist knew none of this. They just repeated what the previous dentist had done. And the amount I was charged, was completely different from the quote.
