Front desk lady is so rude she has no for everything for emergency pain appointment also she gave appointment after 5 days. Doctor saw us but the lady anything I ask so rude

This place had an office in the Bronx and shut down without notifying the patients I paid for implants to be heard from no more. They took my money and never finished my service.
The dentist was very rude and staff was clue how to do their job. The place needs a renovation.
Worst dental care I have been to. Went for a dental cleaning. Everything seemed excellent at beginning. However, once the dental hygienist saw me she said I need to spend 4K out of my pocket treat my gum infection. I said no and then she offered me to put something on my teeth to protect it from further infection costing around $300, which i didn’t agree to. And the hygienist had the authority to stop cleaning my teeth right away and said it was it. WOW
