John and the team at 21st Century totally transformed the exterior of our home. They worked directly with our insurance company to make the claim process so smooth as well. I hired John from 21st Century Contracting to replace 3 bedroom windows because he replaced my roof a few years back and did a great job. Had a front deck built along with tear out of existing porch. The project wasn’t without hiccups and they were addressed by John. I don’t judge a company as much on the process as much as how they respond to concerns and deliver on their promises. I had this built well under market value for a deck this size and I know fitting that budget was challenging for them but they got it done and it’s ready to go for our open house this weekend since we unexpectedly found our forever home and are listing our current one.
Excellent communication and work. Crew was polite and respectful of property. The soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts look terrific. I would recommend 21st Century Contracting to any friends or neighbors.
