My friend and I visited this place twice. He has insurance and I don’t, but as discussed, I believe there was difference in how they handled the insurance and regular happy hour body massage. My friend felt the pressure was too strong both times even though he asked to lower it, it was only adjusted toward the end. For me, the massage was quite relaxing, and the customer service is top-notch here. Overall, it was a good one-time experience for me, though I’m not sure if my friend would visit again.
Had such a relaxing experience at 21G Medi Spa! The space is clean, calming, and the staff are so welcoming. My massage therapist was amazing—attentive, professional, and really helped release all the tension. Left feeling refreshed and stress-free. Highly highly recommend!

My half-day at 21G Medi Spa was really wonderful. If you get a chance to take advantage of a monthly combo special, DO IT! And then you can use some of that discount to tip your service providers well, they certainly deserve it. I went in a few days ago and booked a September special combo for 60min massage, 60min advanced facial and 60min head spa.
