The customer service is excellent, and the staff are always very accommodating and attentive. We’ve visited three times and always had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I had a negative experience because of rude behavior from the staff. There was a lack of basic courtesy, and I felt dismissed rather than helped. This place has potential, but staff CAESAR attitude really needs improvement
I had a wonderful experience at the spa! The massage was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. My massager (Elaine) was patient and highly responsive; she perfectly accommodated my requests whenever I wanted more or less pressure. Highly recommend!
