We had a wonderful experience at 21c Museum Hotel. Quaint and quirky. The staff was absolutely charming and professional. Sophie and Karen at the front desk were very helpful, pleasant and accomodating. Daniel was a prompt and courteous valet, and valet Brian gave us personal attention which was outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again!

Also not informed on travelocity there was valet parking .... front desk people were a bit "slow".strange set up.rooms were clean.
