We like a spacious and comfortable room with a view, Room Service, and an onsite restaurant/ lounge. 21C locations have all of that plus an art museum. Tough to beat!

The windows throughout are dirty, really dirty. Windows in the rooms are ancient single pane glass and allow immense amounts of noise from streets below - did not sleep well due to noise from outside. I was on the 11th, out of 15 floors. Elevator areas are dirty and tired looking. Our room had stains on the carpet. One of our friends had an uncleaned room and had to move. Another got an ADA room, without requesting ADA room, and the hooks were too close to the floor to hang up her dress. I will say that our experience in the... read more
