I recently stayed at the 21c Museum Hotel in Lexington, and while the property itself is charming and the concept of having a modern art museum in the hotel is unique, my experience was marred by a few issues that need attention. The hotel is very nice. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The TV was a little troublesome as one of the connections was loose and you would lose connection at time--a little wigging and you could get it back. The biggest bummer was that the valet damaged my vehicle and never told me. I did not know until I stopped at a rest stop and my wife notice the fender was damaged. Since I was with my vehicle the entire time since leaving the hotel, it had to happen there.

My stay at 21C Museum Hotel was truly a perfect experience. I loved every single thing about my stay. My room exceeded expectations, it was beautiful, tons of character and spotless. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. It is also walking distance to some of downtown Lexington's best places. I can't say enough good things about my stay. I didn't want to leave.

The hotel has a historic yet modern feel. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Perfect location downtown close to everything

We loved every minute of our stay- The art and architecture and fabulous location not mention attention to detail regarding cleanliness and guest services made this trip extra-special. We plan to be back!
