The windows and walls provided no soundproofing. We were kept awake most of the night listening to traffic and people on the street talking. We were on the 8th floor and it was too loud. Also, beds were hard and uncomfortable. Would not return; especially for the price.
Fine as long as you don't get a closet sized room with no refrigerator or microwave.
Good hotel, great staff, will be back in 21c in Lexington, Kentucky.
While the employees where friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and food in restaurant was good. The rest was disappointing no toilet paper in room, towels had holes in them, the heater would run either for very short time or very long only at night and all night long. Had requested ice which was brought to room in a bag but no ice bucket along with the toliet.
During the weekend of the UK-Texas football game, the hotel was completely decorated in Texas colors, balloons and all. All UK fans should keep this in mind if planning to stay for a UK football or basketball game. Being in Lexington, it wasn't pleasant to see.
