The staff were some of the friendliest, realest, and most helpful staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. The accommodations were nice, but average.
The Hive breakfast menu is limited for a full service restaurant.
I was supposed to receive credit for breakfast in the Hive. Confirmed it with the front desk in addition to the enailed offer with my booking. I was over charged by $50; I did not receive my credit. Tried to contact the hotel but they have not responded. I'll have to dispute the charges with my credit card. On top of that, the only reason we ate there was because of the credit. The breakfast menu is limited for a full service restaurant.
I proposed in this hotel last weekend. I had trouble booking online- probably operator error. When I called I talked to Matthew, who helped me with my reservation. I informed him of the special occasion, and the accommodation was mind-blowing. The staff expressed their excitement for myself and my now fiancé.
