Could not believe the price we paid and total lack of service and amenities. Very sterile environment and unwelcoming front desk. Location is nice but found other hotels in area that seemed to be more welcoming.
Just ok, overpriced, loads of construction, average rooms, average cleanliness, restaurant below average, artsy food with above average prices, horrible combo. Way overpriced unless location is critical to you, half price stay at the new Hilton on opposite side of square, newer etc. Just not impressed at all, was expecting much more for the price
This hotel is like most new hotels these days. Meaning the style and vibe is very good but the substance is lacking. The walls are very thin. I was woken up both mornings at 9AM to banging from the cleaning crew despite complaining about it on day 1 and wearing earplugs. An art museum for a hotel is a cool idea but if you cant sleep, is it that cool?
