I would strongly caution anyone considering renting this unit without seeing it in person first. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this rental property. I signed the lease three days before my proposed move-in date for unit 701- 218 Maclaren street, based on the leasing agent’s assurances that the unit was new and would be fully ready by September 1.
