InterRent is exploiting residents and refusing to honour leasing agreements. 218 Maclaren is doing construction on the parking garage so I cannot park there. As a "solution" InterRent provided me with a City street parking pass (valued at $35 a month), and is still charging me $200 a month for parking. They refuse to prorate the difference, and expect me to cover any tickets and pay for metered parking, as the pass cannot actually be used during business hours in the 4 blocks surrounding the building. Elevator out of service for the 3rd time this month. Not the 1st time, it was out of service for 2 weeks this summer. I can understand that this may happen from time to time, but this occurred at least 6-7 seven times since April.
I had a great experience touring this apartment building. The application process was streamlined and efficient, making everything smooth from start to finish. Ashley, the agent, was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to answer all of my questions, offering support throughout the process. Her professionalism and dedication made a huge difference, and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend interRent if you’re looking for an stress-free and welcoming rental experience!
I’ve been living at CLV Apartments for a while now. The building is well-maintained, and the management team is always on top of things. Special shoutout to Ashley Earl, one of the representatives here. She is absolutely amazing! Ashley has helped fix various issues around the building promptly and efficiently. She is always approachable, friendly, and a great resource for residents.
There is a CLV representative named Ashley Earl in the front office of this building. She is truly incredible. Ashley is always kind and supportive, making me feel like this apartment is my new home. She has given me outstanding advice on where to shop, what restaurants to eat at, and where to find entertainment throughout this city. I am grateful to have moved into this building and to have met her.
