Carol did permanent eyeliner on me, she went to deep and the ink blew out down the side of my eyes. I also had a bad eye infection from her. I have tried to contact her and once she answered and said it’s only bruised. Now she ignores me and won’t help me to get this fixed somehow. I have to put coverup on it or go out looking like a sad clown.
