Big ZERO ZERO... pay and shut off your mouth 🤐 When I got in the visitor parking was free, but after a few months, it got paid and expensive as if we had NO ANY RIGHTS to speak or express any opinion 🤐. We are here just to PAY. We have a lease which does not mention any paid visitors' parking. Living in this building has been a stressful and disappointing experience. I had a great experience with Cassandra, the manager at 2150 Roche Court in Mississauga with iRent. She is very helpful, patient, and professional in every step of the process. What I truly appreciated is the way she carefully follows up with future tenants, making sure that all the requirements for moving in are completed smoothly. Cassandra’s guidance made the whole process much easier and less stressful. I highly recommend her for anyone considering moving into the building.
Kanisha was amazing throughout our apartment application process! She guided us step by step, even over a long weekend, and went above and beyond to make our son feel comfortable letting him know all the nearby schools.. She was Patient, quick to respond, and even stepped in to worked out the details when Challenges came up.( oh yeah we would have missed out if we hadn’t spoken to her on time) We’re so grateful for her support and can’t wait to move in!
Kanisha is the gold standard when it comes to renting an apartment! She was so warm, friendly, and polite to me and my wife during our visit of a one bedroom. I went in with no expectations and I left with the comfort and confidence that this will be my next home. Unfortunately the timing didn't end up working out due to multiple layoffs at work (thanks to the tariffs), but I know once I find my new job I'll be coming back for sure.
