Kanisha was amazing throughout our apartment application process! She guided us step by step, even over a long weekend, and went above and beyond to make our son feel comfortable letting him know all the nearby schools.. She was Patient, quick to respond, and even stepped in to worked out the details when Challenges came up.( oh yeah we would have missed out if we hadn’t spoken to her on time) We’re so grateful for her support and can’t wait to move in!
Kanisha is the gold standard when it comes to renting an apartment! She was so warm, friendly, and polite to me and my wife during our visit of a one bedroom. I went in with no expectations and I left with the comfort and confidence that this will be my next home. Unfortunately the timing didn't end up working out due to multiple layoffs at work (thanks to the tariffs), but I know once I find my new job I'll be coming back for sure.

Unsafe and unhealthy living conditions – heartbreaking experience I currently live with my husband in unit 801 at 2150 Roche Court, and I’ve experienced first-hand the horrible conditions of the apartment and how little InterRent has done to protect our health and well-being. Since we moved in, we’ve dealt with cockroach infestations, humidity problems, and window leaks that went unresolved for months.
