I am extremely impressed with Susana and Marc of the Rudin team, and the entire Rudin experience. I recently rented an apartment at 215 E 68th Street. Susana and Marc (and the whole team) made the entire process enjoyable and easy. From showing the apartment, to answering my questions, to the application process, to facilitating move-in. I have been a resident at 215 East 68th Street for almost a year, and unfortunately due to a family situation I have to move to Virginia. This is a wonderful building with a fabulous management team and building staff. They go out of their way to be responsive and helpful, especially Susana Caceres’s, Rudin’s Community Coordinator. We recently rented at the Rudin building 215 east 68th street. We had an extraordinary experience, mostly due to Devon Hamilton, our leasing contact. From beginning to end he made it an enjoyable and rewarding experience. We were able to consider various apartments and he guided us through pros and cons. His partner Mark was equally helpful. My highest, unqualified recommendation to both!
We just leased an apartment at 215 East 68th Street. We heard that the Rudin Company was great to lease from. Our expectations were far exceed working with Devon Hamilton. Besides be so nice and kind he took the time to listen and understand what we were looking for. Boy did he come through. He showed us an apartment, carefully explained what we were getting and made the whole process a breeze. I highly recommend working with Devon and his team.
Chad Jeffries and the entire leasing team (Marc, Devon and Matt) made our apartment search and rental so seamless and easy. Susana has also been fantastic in facilitating all details of our move. They were all extremely responsive and accommodating, and the building staff all seems wonderful!
