Susana Caceres with Rudin Management is a complete professional and great resource for tenants.
I have been living in the building for almost 3 years now and I have worked with Susana to move within the building twice now. I have only had the best experience and am so grateful for all her help. She has been professional and thorough as well as kind and attentive throughout our entire time living here, especially during our 2 moves. We cannot say enough good things about Devon Hamilton and the Rudin team. Devon was incredibly helpful as we looked for and secured our new apartment. His insight, transparency, and positivity throughout the process made everything very smooth and easy to manage.
We have lived at 215 for the past two years and absolutely LOVED it! The building has truly felt like home to us and we are very sad to leave. Everyone who works here is incredibly nice, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Susana Caceres, our Community Coordinator, has been so amazing to work with. She has helped with move-in and move-out questions, and everything in between. We definitely recommend 215 to anyone looking for a new home!
Marty, the Bldg Mgr, is the most helpful, knowledgeable Bldg Mgr I have ever met. He responds to problems quickly, with a pleasant smile. We are lucky to have him here!!
