Now called Royal Cleaners. Dropped my coats off on Monday. And said they would be ready by Thursday. Tried to pick up my clothes on Thursday and they said there was no delivery today so I’d have to come back the next day. Apparently they don’t clean on site and are not reliable for pickup. Won’t me using them again.
Do NOT go here. The front desk girls are extremely unprofessional, rude and feel entitled to immediately yell at you for inquiring about the status of your garment. I will NEVER come here again. The manager also has zero customer service etiquette. They held on to my garment for weeks without finishing what I initially asked to be repaired, charged me for unfinished work and then refused to complete the work unless I paid an additional fee. Love this place! Great people great prices.Great service. How could you need anything else.
I've been using them for a year and they have done a fine job on my clothes. Good pricing, too. I've also had a few garments taken in. Good work.
