I was a little upset by having to contact an attorney for the purpose of declaring bankruptcy. I called the number for Rustin's office and to my surprise he actually answered the phone. The conversation went great and as soon as I met with him I was certain I needed what he could do for me. Did a fantastic job for us! – Our case was more involved than most, and had some complications, but Rustin and Mark kept me informed and stayed positive at every step of the way. It was obivious they took a personal interest in my case and I sincerely believe they do this with every case they take on. They gave my family the chance to have a fresh start which we desperately needed. I cannot give the staff at 214Bankruptcy any higher praise. I will start by saying my situation was not a normal open and close bankruptcy. It was a conversion from chapter 13 to chapter 7. We had numerous complications and obstacles that had to be overcome. It took many more months than that of a normal case would have. The staff at 214bankruptcy performed above and beyond to get the conversion accomplished and for a fee of a normal case. And the whole time making me feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend 214bankruptcy for bankruptcy.
