RecommendedI love the location, the people and the vibe of building.
This makes our 9th year at 2121 Belmont Apartments. The management is A+, the building is kept in "MINT Condition", and the energy bills are a fraction of what we use to pay in California. Covered inside parking makes unloading our shopping enjoyable and the elevators always work. Did I mention we've never used the heater? In fact the AC runs year round in our apartment. And we never hear our neighbors! If you want excellence in APARTMENT LIVING, 2121 is the place to LIVE!
We're in our second lease term at 2121 Belmont and are very happy here. The neighborhood is very quiet, the building is well cared for and the apartments have great floor plans & fixtures. I highly recommend.
