Updated February 2026: Love the team and their quality work at 212 HVAC but it is pain to schedule with them. Be ready to follow up if you want your repair done. It's normal for them to not reach you at all if your part has a wait time. Excellent service, professional & reliable technician. We initially had a fix job that went well and decided to sign up for the annual service package. They do a great job and are reliable. Pretty rare to have the same technician (Mykola, he's great) come who knows the units too which is a plus compared to other firms where there is high turnover and techs don’t seem to care about doing a great job and sometimes going above and beyond (for example, by helping to move furniture to access an HVAC unit). 10/10
