Around 8 AM our AC produced an error code and shutdown with temperatures due to hit 90 that day. By 5 PM Nick from 212 HVAC was with us after providing regular updates on his ETA so I could leave work at the right time to meet him. Nick immediately set to work diagnosing the issue both in our apartment and on the rooftop where our compressor is located.
