This is an overdue comment for the technician Mykola. He is the best. The first technician the company sent me was super sloppy, nonchalant, and in general did a very bad job. I made a complaint to the company, and they arranged Mykola to come. Mykola was detail-oriented, patient, and meticulous. I’m very happy with the results.
I had been fighting to get my daikin system working for 6 weeks with another company. I finally decided to call 212 at 2pm on a Saturday. By 5pm on the same day they had the issue diagnosed and fixed. Don’t make the same mistake I did, just call 212 first and avoid the headache. Andrei was knowledgeable and incredibly gracious with his time 10 /10.- Will use them again.

I recently received really good service from 212 HVAC and Mykola in particular. He visited for routine maintenance on my HVAC system. There was good communication from 212 ahead of the appointment, Mykola arrived on time, he was polite throughout and was thorough enough to identify an issue with my AC system that had likely been there since it was installed a couple of years ago. My system is now operating better than ever, thanks to Mykola's diligence. I will happily use 212 again in the future.
