The flowers I received for my birthday have zero aesthetic appeal and do not remotely resemble any of the display pictures on the business's site. This is all filler. My husband sent these roses on Dec 4 while I was in NYC. This picture was taken the following day, wilted. When he called to have them refunded, the gentleman he spoke to refused and said he would replace them next time I was in New York. We live in Cakifornia. Read their guarantee, and it says if you contact them, they will either refund or replace. They refused to do both.
