We had our closet and bathroom extended to make them bigger. The cost was what we expected and the amount didn't change from the estimate. He was on time, communicated what he was doing, and made sure the job site was clean before he left. He always took time to answer any questions we had and he gave us honest answers and advice.
212 built two new decks for us in the late summer/fall of 2025. Jon had tremendous patience with me, designing the decks, giving me a beautiful railing on one that perfectly matched what I was picturing in my mind! Good, solid supports, and the decking looks great, after a winter looks just as good. Jon is the man!
