Dealing with all the employees at Rudin (on site and corporate leasing staff) has really been an absolute pleasure. The onsite staff are so nice, and so helpful and generous, and the corporate office has been a pleasure to deal with from the start of my lease, through the renewal process and even pleasant to deal with on last minute requests coming from me. This building has a superb superintendent, Arben Berisha, whose door is always open to the tenants, and a very responsive staff. The doormen are courteous and helpful, as are the delivery people. The hallways are very well maintained and well lit. The garbage room is cleaned several times a day. Maintenance requests are handled with alacrity. We spent four years in this building with Rudin management. It was a great experience - Arben Berisha runs a tight ship. The doormen are thoughtful and provide great service (Prakash, Robert, Robin, Angel and others). The staff is quick to respond and fix any issues. The building has two neighboring gardens / parks where we took our daughter. We loved living here
