Devon with the representative from Rudin Management that showed me apts. He is fantastic! Informative, knowledgeable, patient, kind , fun to look at places with and goes out of his way time and again to help you get what you want -- I highly recommend him !
I enjoy living at 211. The doormen and the all the staff are amazing. Building is well kept. Needed assistance recently and Susana Caceres was very helpful, resolved it and was super nice
Dealing with all the employees at Rudin (on site and corporate leasing staff) has really been an absolute pleasure. The onsite staff are so nice, and so helpful and generous, and the corporate office has been a pleasure to deal with from the start of my lease, through the renewal process and even pleasant to deal with on last minute requests coming from me. This building has a superb superintendent, Arben Berisha, whose door is always open to the tenants, and a very responsive staff. The doormen are courteous and helpful, as are the delivery people. The hallways are very well maintained and well lit. The garbage room is cleaned several times a day. Maintenance requests are handled with alacrity.
