I came in to get a nail polish change hands and feet. Males came and proceeded to do the work. I made requests for them to shape square round he said don’t worry. Your nails are too short. I paid and they didn’t even finish the job and the cashier said do you have cash or Venmo for tip. I said they are not even done with the work and your asking me about tip? Tried this salon for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! I will definitely be coming back. I love my nails and appreciate them being so accommodating to my toddler who sat on my lap while I got my pedicure. They also did my mom’s manicure and pedicure and her nails turned out perfect! I highly recommend them to anyone in Laguna hills who wants beautiful nails. Can’t wait to come back soon!
I went to this nail salon and I asked for a pedicure and she asked gel or regular. I said regular. She said it's a 5.00 charge to remove even when I'm there to get a pedicure. I said wait what. She said we have to take off all this chemical etc. She didn't even ask what pedicure I wanted. So if you go there see or asked for extra charges.
54 dollars for basic mani / pedi - no polish or neck massage …. Only clear on toes . In & out in 25 min total & nails were done 1st . NEVER GO BACK again . They never turned on my chair massager! As my 1st time to this salon , NEVER Go BACK
