I went to this nail salon and I asked for a pedicure and she asked gel or regular. I said regular. She said it's a 5.00 charge to remove even when I'm there to get a pedicure. I said wait what. She said we have to take off all this chemical etc. She didn't even ask what pedicure I wanted. So if you go there see or asked for extra charges.

54 dollars for basic mani / pedi - no polish or neck massage …. Only clear on toes . In & out in 25 min total & nails were done 1st . NEVER GO BACK again . They never turned on my chair massager! As my 1st time to this salon , NEVER Go BACK

Walked in mid-afternoon for a pedicure. No one was at the front desk so another pedicurist called out and the head person walked out from behind the back curtain talking on her cell then she called out to another person who pointed to an empty pedicure chair. So far no one has said a word to me. I sat there for 15+ minutes only to get a 28 minute pedicure, not one word spoken. NONE. Service was horrible, customer service horrible. Way too many nail businesses around that would (I hope) appreciate a potential loyal customer.

This crew is always so nice! I always feel respected and cared for. I saw Tammy this time she was great!
