Just closed a deal with Mike and his team. It was very smooth, very good communication, and they were always on top of deadlines. We ran into a small issue in the inspection period with furnaces not working and he was kindly able to provide an HVAC contractor to the seller since mine wasn't available and had them take a look at it and provide an bid for the repairs. As a first time home buyer trying to navigate the home buying process, it was great knowing that Jordan was always available to help. She is very knowledge about the process and helped keep my mind at ease throughout every step. From finding what home to purchase to getting keys in hand I felt that she did everything she in her power to take stress off me and communicate everything that was happening.
