My husband and I have been living here for 4 years and we love our apartment. The staff of doormen are amazing - so friendly and helpful. They remember us, always greet us with a smile and make the place feel like home. The common spaces are well maintained and clean. The location is very central and convenient. Only downsides are it’s definitely pricey given the size of the apartment and living on the lower floors you hear tons of street noise.
I've lived at 21 Chelsea for 6 years, and I truly cannot say enough positive things about this building and the team behind it. The amenities are fantastic, and I’ve especially loved having access to the gym and rooftop over the years. But what really makes this place special is the people who run it. Everyone on the team is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about their work and the residents.
