Jason is the best property manager, so attentive and quick! He truly cares about everyone living and working within the community, and he brings a great energy with him everyday! So thankful for him!
Jason is great. He makes sure stuff gets done around the apartments and is quick at responding and resolving to issues in the area.
I lived at 21 and View for about 4 years in on of the upstairs apartments. The apartments themselves are modern and very fun. The soaring ceilings make the units feel huge and the windows let in tons of light. Plus having the park as your front yard is a great bonus! But one of the best things about living there is having Jason as your maintenance supervisor. He can fix anything and everything and is always the best to work with. He is always happy and willing to work with you to find a solution to any problems!
The location and aesthetic of the lofts are fantastic, but the real game changer is the management team. Sheyla is incredibly responsive and communicates clearly, and Jason consistently goes above and beyond to handle maintenance requests quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a place that looks great and runs this smoothly. Easy 5 stars.
