I was in town touring a few places incase of moving to the area. This one stood out and has great staff. Definitely on my list good options
I just toured this apartment! And can I just say ERIC is such a sweetheart he showed me around, went through everything with me and I love it!! Above it all this place is so cute and the management seems excellent. Thanks for the tour ERIC!
Review: I lived here for a couple of years, and things went downhill fast with the new management. My car was broken into multiple times, my neighbor's unit was burglarized, and a guy lived out of his SUV right outside my unit. People even camped inside the indoor parking occasionally. Management did nothing meaningful—just hired a so-called security guard who occasionally parks nearby. Don’t expect follow-through, and kiss your deposit goodbye—they’ll find ways to drain it. Lived here for two years and had an awesome experience. A bit pricy for what you get but the service from Jason was unbelievable. As a property manager and maintenance manager he was amazing at his job, super quick to fix anything and takes amazing care of the property
