I made an appointment and received a text confirming that my appointment was accepted. I arrived at the location as scheduled, only to find out that Leo was no longer there and had already left. There was no prior notice, no call, and no update given to me. This was very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If appointments are confirmed, customers should be properly informed if plans change. Very disappointing experience.

Llevo tiempo cortándome el cabello con Leo en 20Twenty Barber Shop, y la experiencia siempre es de primera. Leo es muy talentoso, cuida cada detalle y se asegura de que salgas con un corte impecable en cada visita. Además de su habilidad, su profesionalismo y consistencia realmente marcan la diferencia. El ambiente del lugar es excelente: limpio, organizado y acogedor. Si buscas un barbero en quien puedas confiar, Leo es el indicado. 100% recomendado.

Good barbershop, I’ve been coming here for at least a two years. They have this barber named Daniel Paredes and he goes above and beyond on his service. Would definitely recommend for you to ask for him if it’s your first time entering this establishment.

Angel is hands down one of the best barbers out there! I’ve been coming every week and he never disappoints. Always on time, consistent, and detail-oriented. My fade is always clean and sharp. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a reliable barber who takes pride in his work.
