The staff as a whole were extremely helpful, informative, friendly, and professional. As a whole, I was truly impressed and grateful. The community is very well kept, and I am excited to make this my new home.
They do not treat their residents with respect and consideration.
I am growing very frustrated at how this apartment community is swiftly going downhill. I do not feel like a valued resident by any means! There has been ongoing repair request made that are still not fixed properly. Neighbors constantly use the hallway for storage, there are large packages that are delivered that linger for months blocking the hallway, some of my neighbors are loud and allow their kids to run play and drop food in the hallway with no respect for others. I appreciate how professional the office staff is. Brandon and Shana did such a great job helping me find a apartment. The maintenance crew is also super quick and responsive.
